Dr. Martina Milanese, Degree in Biology (2000), PhD in Marine Sciences (2004). She is in charge of project management, field work supervision and students tutoring. She's author/co-author of 18 scientific papers and of a patent on sponge farming. Her professional interests include marine biology & ecology, conservation, marine biotechnology, scientific diving, sustainable tourism, scientific communication and dissemination. A diver since 1993, PADI Instructor in 2004 (now PADI MSDT). Experienced as diving instructor, dive master, and u/w videographer in the Mediterranean Sea, in the Red Sea and in the Maldives.
